Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I need AC repair or replacement?
If your system is over 15 years old, needs frequent repairs, or your energy bills keep climbing, replacement is often more cost-effective. Our technicians can walk you through the numbers during a free estimate.
How fast can you get to my home?
We offer same-day AC repair in Corsicana and Navarro County whenever possible, seven days a week. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, and we run service calls on weekends too.
How often should I have my furnace serviced?
We recommend a tune-up once a year, ideally in fall before heating season begins, to catch problems before the first cold snap.
How often should I have my ducts cleaned?
Every 3–5 years for most homes, though homes with pets, allergies, recent renovations, or visible dust buildup may benefit from more frequent service.
Will duct cleaning make a mess in my home?
No. We use negative-pressure equipment that contains debris inside the vacuum system, so dust isn't released into your living space.
How do I know my dryer vent needs cleaning?
Clothes taking longer than usual to dry, a burning smell during cycles, or a dryer that runs hot are all signs of a clogged vent.
